Sign in to your client account to cancel an upcoming appointment. Give at least 72 hours’ notice for a full refund; the standard charge is 50% with 48 to less than 72 hours’ notice and 100% with less than 48 hours, subject to actual loss and your statutory rights. Contact Lois to rearrange within 72 hours. Read the full cancellation policy and booking terms. For existing Fresha bookings, use your original confirmation or contact Lois; the new terms are not applied retrospectively.
